What the Duck

The Sahuarita/Green Valley 49ers Jr. Pee Wee team is still undefeated.  The win wasn’t pretty, 8-6, but it still counts in the win column.  The Raiders came out attacking and they gave it their all, but the 49er defense were able to contain them.  I actually managed to get a series of (not very good) pictures of #49 (yes, he’s mine) making a tackle. 

I haven’t posted any quotes in awhile and I came across this one tonight.  I hope everyone out there is smiling.

Oh, to be young again.

Isn’t this young lady stunning?  Big blue eyes that will make one’s heart melt and a super athlete to boot.  Dad better be worried!

After shooting indoors, we took a hike and found a secret location amongst some trees near our neighborhood.  The kids were a lot braver than me, because I have a fear of snakes and we walked through some prime snake territory.  If these adventorous kids weren’t so enthusiastic, I never would have made it!

I told you last week about the awesome group of teens that I photographed last week with a Twilight theme.   If you have no idea what Twilight is, check out the trailer widget in my earlier post.  Here are a few of the first images.  I will post a few of the ones we took outdoors in the next few days.

I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful family recently, and I am thrilled to say that little Caleb was born just a few days ago.  Congratulations on your new son and baby brother!

I am obsessed with Twilight! I am a late arrival to the party and just discovered the series in August and it has consumed me ever since.   I don’t think my husband even comprehends how obsessed I am. 

I was fortunate this past weekend to do a “Twilight” inspired photo shoot with the coolest teens ever and I will be posting the images soon!

I just love photographing seniors!  It is such an exciting time for them and the future is theirs, just waiting for them to carve their niche.  Eric was so much fun and patient as I photographed him and he never said no to any of the silly poses I asked him to do.    Quite handsome too, don’t you think?  Sorry ladies, he is spoken for.  I also took some cute pictures of him and his girlfriend and will share those soon.  Eric, best of luck to you in the future!  I know you will go far!
